,RAD was engaged by Stephen Ross during the pre-development phase, working with the Related team in New York to facilitate Los Angeles entitlements, political outreach and launch strategy. RAD continued their work with the Century team through design and marketing of the property, advising on product mix, floor plan layout and amenity package.
RAD was responsible for creating the identity, website and award-winning renderings and virtual tours of the property, managing the national positioning and promotional media campaign for the property.
